Big, spacious comfortable lounge with open fire. Large screen TV with freeview, blue ray / DVD player and chromecast. Wifi via fibre connection. Wii games console. CD player. Selection of books and games.
By far the best feature of the lounge (and in fact of the cottage!) is the large bay window with seating area overlooking the wonderful view of the beach and bay.
Kitchen / Diner
Well equipped newly fitted kitchen (2022). Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher & coffee machine. Separate dining area. Washing machine, tumble dryer and a further fridge/ freezer in adjoining utility / entrance.
Bedrooms
King size double bedroom with views over the beach and bay. Wardrobe, built in wardrobe and dresser. Comfortable twin bedroom with built in wardrobe. Towels and bedding provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Bathroom
Pretty bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Basin and WC.
Outside
Roadside parking in front of cottage - due to elevated nature of the house we are the only holiday home in the village where parked cars cannot block your wonderful views! Front enclosed patio area with furniture. Elevated rear lawned garden with decking area and further seating. Garden is fully enclosed and elevated sections are gated off (we recommend small children and animals are supervised at all times).
Other
Non smoking property. One well behaved dog welcome at a surcharge of £20 (with a "Paws on the Floor" policy, i.e. not on beds or other furniture please). Travel cot and Highchair available (with no charge) on request, along with step stool, bath mat, toddler cutlery and crockery etc. Large dog crate available (with no charge) on request. Oil central heating. Starter pack of logs provided Oct - Mar. Wi-fi available on a fair and ethical use basis.
