Guests should not travel to stay with us if they are showing signs of Covid19 or are awaiting test results.
While staying at Beach Cottage guests must abide by the latest Government recommendations, including guidance regarding who can travel and who can stay overnight together, along with the physical distancing advice. If, during a stay, any person starts to show symptoms of Coronavirus or is advised to self-isolate, we will be asking guests to return home rather than isolate at the cottage, and to alert us as soon as possible.
For bookings made after 31 March 2020 (prior to this date our standard terms apply): Should Beach Cottage not be available for you to stay in due to a local or other lockdown covering Sandend, or because of a Track and Trace alert relating to a previous guest (whereby we would close and undertake additional precautions before re-opening) then notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
