2026 Book Direct Pricing:

04 Jan - 27 Mar 2026:     £615 per week. Short breaks available at £380 (min 3 nights. Additional nights £100 per night).

28 Mar - 02 May 2026:    £785 per week.   Opportunity to extend over Easter weekend until Easter Monday at £95 per night.

03 May - 26 Jun 2026:    £885 per week.

27 Jun - 04 Sep 2026:    £990 per week. 

05 Sep - 30 Oct 2026:    £885 per week.

31 Oct - 19 Dec 2026:    £625 per week. Short breaks available at £385 (min 3 nights. Additional nights £100 per night).

20 Dec - 02 Jan 2027:     £825 per week.  Some restricted check in / check out dates - please enquire.

Key things to note: 

All linen, towels, electricity and fuel are included in the above rates. A starter pack of logs is provided from mid Oct - Mar.

Entry to the cottage is usually after 3pm and departure by 10am. 

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

A refundable security / damages deposit of £100 is taken at the time the balance is payable. 

We provide a high chair, step stool and travel cot for infants and have a set of plastic bowls, plates, beakers and cutlery. Please bring your own cot bedding.

One well behaved dog aged over 12 months old is welcome by prior agreement at the time of booking for an additional charge of £20. We can provide a large dog crate if required and have spare feeding bowls, leave starter roll of poo bags etc.
