2027 Book Direct Pricing:

02 Jan - 27 Mar 2027:     £650 per week. Short breaks available at £405 (min 3 nights. Additional nights £105 per night).

28 Mar - 30 Apr 2027:     £840 per week.   

01 May - 25 Jun 2027:    £975 per week.

26 Jun - 03 Sep 2027:    £1080 per week. 

04 Sep - 29 Oct 2027:    £975 per week.

30 Oct - 17 Dec 2027:    £675 per week. Short breaks available at £425 (min 3 nights. Additional nights £105 per night).

Key things to note: 

All linen, towels, electricity and fuel are included in the above rates. A starter pack of logs is provided from mid Oct - Mar.

Entry to the cottage is usually after 3pm and departure by 10am. 

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

A refundable security / damages deposit of £100 is taken at the time the balance is payable. 

We provide a high chair, step stool and travel cot for infants and have a set of plastic bowls, plates, beakers and cutlery. Please bring your own cot bedding.

One well behaved dog aged over 12 months old is welcome by prior agreement at the time of booking for an additional charge of £20. This is on a "paws on the floor" basis - i.e. they can be in any room but please not on the beds or furniture. We can provide a large dog crate if required and have spare feeding bowls, leave starter roll of poo bags etc.
